I was walking down the local mega-mart with my wife the other day and saw a marinade bottle from KC Masterpiece of Roasted Garlic Balsamic Marinade. As I do with most marinades, I flip the bottle over and find high fructose this, and xanthan gum that and sodium benzoate in the ingredient list.
