We offer a variety of subjects for everyone, and at times that are convenient for you. We love to involve our audience so weather you like to get your hands dirty or sit back and watch the show, you will walk away with something that you can implement that day.

Classes are just two hours, however the techniques learned will last your life time. Enroll in one of our classes in the spring or in the fall and we hope you enjoy!

Demonstration Classes: In our demonstration classes, students learn by watching and interacting as the instructor prepares each dish, with step-by-step procedures. This allows for a relaxed, yet interactive format that encourages thoughtful discussion so you can reproduce the dish at home.
