This website http://www.marinatemebaby.com/ (“Site”) is provided by Marinate Me Baby LLC as an informational and community resource, in order to provide information regarding marinating, grilling and food preparation.

License.  The Site, and all materials accessible on the Site are provided for informational purposes and you may use the Site and any materials for your own personal (non-commercial) use.  The Site and Materials are not in the public domain, and you do not have a license to commercialize or exploit the Site or Materials with out permissions from the applicable rights holder.

2. No Warranties.  We do not make any warranties regarding the Site or Materials, or businesses highlighted on the site – or from the instructions provided on the Site.  The Site, Materials are provided “as it is”, and you should use your common scene and independent judgment.  Simply put, you blow your house up because you fail to use your pressure cooker correctly we are not held liable.  Similarly, we do not endorse or make any warranties with respect to links that we may have on this website, or by any commenter on this site.

3. Code of Conduct.  We may allow commenting, sharing, or other types of activity.  When you do comment or otherwise interact with other souls/users of this site, you agree to be kind, play fair, generally not be a turd and not engage in any conduct or interaction that is harassive, obscene, or otherwise injurious, either to the interests of other users, this Site, or those who may operate the Site.  We reserve the right ban anyone at our own discretion, with out notice.

4. Infringement.  If you are a copyright or other intellectual property owner and feel that any content in the Materials, Site is in infringement on your intellectual property, please send us a notice identifying the potentially infringing material, and additional details, as specified in the DMCA.

5. Change to these Terms.  We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time.  Click on the terms when you access the Site to see when the terms have been last revised.

Community Involvement: If you are an interested food blogger, or want to get started in the blogging world.  There are a few rules that you must know about before you apply:

1. This is a family website – you agree to work with me to ensure that the content is always children safe.
2. We respect diversity – so if you are submitting a review on a dining experience there are virtually no limits.  We have a diverse readership – the only and I mean only bans is adult gentlemen or gentlewoman (strip clubs) establishments.
3. Every Post must have a photo and that photo must be yours – so get your digital camera’s ready.  If you have a high res digital camera as a part of your cell phone – your ready to go!
4. Writing samples need to be submitted to webmaster@marinatemebaby.com.
5. You agree to make at least one submission a month.
6. Have a humor based writing style – remember we are not just writing for ourselves – we have readers to consider – they should enjoy what they read.
7. Your submissions must be your own – we cannot have copyright infringement issues:

• If you have a picture you must source it, have permission to post it.
• If it’s is your recipe – you need to establish how you developed it in your post.
• If your recipe was inspired by someone you need to give credit to that author.
• If you modified someones recipe it should be credited as ‘adapted from’.
• Have fun!  – Remember this is a free service and thus there is no $$ to be paid out.  You must love what you are doing!

If you agree to those 7 basic rules – I would love to see what you can do.  We would love to have writers from all walks and lives in various parts of the country.  High consideration will be given to those who live in the North East, South East, Mid West, Texas, Pacific Northwest and California.
