Corner of Eastern and Serene
Henderson, NV
This place was again suggested by James as a great place to eat. It was clean, excellently priced, and
had good food. So I was game. Ilene joined us for lunch. Again this place has a requirement for age.
The minimum being 21. However, there is a unique thing as there is a sign there that can be a bit
alarming. You will have to read it, I will not spoil the surprise.
They do have another sign posted right by the handle, that they reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone. It does not say they have to have cause. However, I tend not to fall in that category. As I tend
to behave myself in public. This place was not busy at all when we came in. We were able to sit down
immediately at a nice table.
We were immediately given menu’s and began to order. I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich. This thing was messy. It came with fries and choice of cole slaw or ranch beens. I chose the cole slaw. Again, it was a lot of food for the money. This was again bout $5.95. I was able to eat this as the portion was not as large as Tee Shots, however it sure did the trick.
The place seemed to pick up as the lunch hour progressed. Eastern is a large major artery to Las Vegas, and Henderson as it runs North and South through the cities. So this place faces a larger traffic and
customer base vs. Tee Shots.
You can comfortably eat for a group of 3 for under $25 for lunch. And in Vegas, off strip that is a pretty
good deal.
