The humanity of it all!

So there I was on Sunday reading other food bloggers I follow. Reading how to make a good honest hamburger from ground chuck and there I saw it. A link to Williams and Somona for Turkey Brine. There selling this stuff? Why? And what are they selling it for $18.00? My heavens – their making a killing on this. The cost is about maybe $3.00 – a 600% profit margin? Have we really gotten this lazy – I mean – the ‘traditional version’ is just a cut and dump – this version is a twist and dump – and because its dried – I would question its potency.
